- Driving a motor vehicle whilst over the prescribed limit (S5A of the Road Traffic Act)

- Driving whilst unfit through drink or drugs (S4 of the Road Traffic Act)

- In charge of a motor vehicle whilst unfit through drink or drugs (S4 of the Road Traffic Act)

Expert assistance with blood, breath or urine drug levels for drug drive/drug in charge cases. An assessment can be made as to compare an individual's recollected drug intake to their toxicology results to determine the consistency of their account. Their scenario can then be evaluated to determine whether an individual would have been under or over the legal limit to drive at the time of driving and/or evidential test.
